Theme Images Not Loading Help!

Don’t use relative urls in WordPress

I see, so your saying if I make the images absolute i.e.

“https://www.limavadyyouths.co.uk/wp-content/themes/limcustom/images/BallNight.jpg”

that it should call the images into the theme correctly?

Yes – that should work. Relative urls and the theming system don’t work well together. It makes sense when you think about it.

Hello! I have a problem with wordpress theme, my images are not showing in the webpage. When i insert them into “edit page” everything is fine, but at the webpage the image doesen’t show up.
Please if you have any suggestions if you know where the problem is, it will be very helpful for me.

could be something to do with the plugin your using for the widgety thing in the main content and footer, it probably has a graphics directory assigned to it in its javascript file. Might want to change that to wherever the picture your looking to bring up is, usually uploads or images folder.

Case solved thanks for the help, also found out that the images are still called from the main public www folder rather than the theme.

Its a learning experience hehe.
