[Theme-Inovado] Revolution Slider not able to add slides/images

Hi, I am using the Invovado theme and it was bundled with the Revolution Slider and I was able to make a slider for the home page with one image. Then after testing it I tried adding more images but it does not let me.
When I try to add from the media library it gives me the gray circle with the spinning white dot.
When I try uploading a new image it gets stuck around 20%

I uninstalled and reinstalled.
Also disabled all plug-ins but same results.
