• Hi,
    I am a web debveloper.
I usually install the site on an IP address and build the site in total anonimity. When the site is readt, I point the domain to the ip address OR add ‘A” record to the IP address. A typical address may look something like https://56.376.845.90/~g8shreyh/. Lastly, I change the wordpress and url address from https://56.376.845.90/~g8shreyh/ to https://www.mysite.co.nz

This has one issue. Many of the sits links remain absolute. The old ip-based links still work – most of the time. However, I need to mtest every link to ensure that the site is ready – quality-wise.

Can someone suggest a method by which I can manage the issue please?

    Thanks

    Mohan
