Theme is broken, keep reverting to default theme

    Hi guys,

    We keep on getting this error:

    The active theme is broken. Reverting to the default theme.

    We already tried re-installing the theme, even updated the new version including the PHP, but the problem still persists. Any advice on how we can get the theme to function like before?

  • Hi @acaranto!

    I checked your site and it seems the current theme isn’t Neve, it’s Twenty Twenty One. The issue could be caused by some custom code added in a theme file. Please try to make a fresh installation of Neve and check how it goes. If the issue persists, please provide us a screenshot with the error when it appears.
