theme is great BUT

I love the Asteria Pro theme it’s easy to work with and looks great…it is extremely flexible and “responsive”…BUT…so far I’ve had no response from the “Support” section to my enquiries which is disappointing…I’ve also looked online for related topics to my questions and found little to no help..any suggestions would be appreciated
