Theme is no longer supported

Something’s going on. Customizr Pro is not compatible with the latest PHP version even though there was a recent PHP update. I can no longer log into my account on your website to reach customer support. It’s clear, that the theme is no longer being supported. Thankfully, this is my last year and I can try to ride it out unless any major issues arise other than the PHP issue.
You folks need to come clean. I’m guessing the original developer is no longer involved because everything including Nimble Builder has been left to go to the dustbin of WordPress history, which is why I dumped it years ago. Though, I’m certain they’re still willing to take your money for the theme.
Y’all either need to come clean or release an update because the longer this goes on, the more of a security risk this is for admins. Since I’m a podcast, I may just shutdown the WordPress site and leave everything on my podcast host because this is unacceptable. WordPress needs to have better control over what’s operating on their platform.
