Theme is not working

Hello. Need help to set up the theme. When access Wp Dashboard > Pages > Add New > Create a Page using “Homepage Template” available in Page attribute – there is not “Homepage Template” – it is empty. When I click on the customize section, any template for for the Real Estate Elementor appears, it just looks like a reagular wordpess blog post, nothing fancy as the Real Estate seems. I have installed oll the requested plugins. I dont know what else to try. Thanks.
