alpswebsolutions – I assume you’ve verified you’ve properly entered the correct user in the messaging To field. That messaging function is not part of core WordPress, it’s apparently part of a plugin you use. The plugin should have it’s own dedicated support channel where you’ll get more knowledgeable assistance. I suggest you ask for help there.
