To proceed troubleshooting further, please can you do the following:
- From your WordPress Admin Dashboard, click Site Health under Tools
- Click the Info tab
- You should see something similar to the screenshot on this page: https://www.ads-software.com/documentation/article/site-health-screen/#info
- Click the Copy site info to clipboard button
- Go to https://support.wptouch.com
- Paste the contents of your clipboard in the “How can we help” textarea
