    Hi Oshershalom,

    There are a couple of errors on the page, one of these is that there are html elements inside a script, which causes errors. You can find the script by searching for the comment:
    /*
    Count up from any date script-
    By JavaScript Kit (www.javascriptkit.com)
    Over 200+ free scripts here!
    */

    The Recaptcha script also seems to be causing errors. If these errors are addressed, our script should work.

    Plugin Author cookiebot

    (@cookiebot)

    @oshershalom

    Cookiebot blocks trackers from being executed until the user has given proper consent for that kind of tracking, e.g until the user accepts tracking for marketing purposes, through the Cookiebot banner that we provide.

    When you initially create a Cookiebot account, the default banner will have the strictest privacy settings enabled, in order to comply with the GDPR. On top of that, the WordPress plugin is by default configured to have auto-blocking enabled, which means that it will automatically block trackers and the like, until consent has been given. In this case, it will block your video, which is hosted in YouTube.

    If you wish to change this behaviour and risk being non-compliant, you can switch to the “Manual” blocking mode in the plugin settings.

    I am sorry to tell you that what you express is a pure lie. First they have not correctly verified the importance of my claim. Second they ignore the causes and support procedures. Third we are older with your service than any other. Fourth, not all YouTube videos don’t work because there are two ways we publish YouTube. Fifth the problem began at the time of updating your plugin a few days ago. Sixth the cookie does not work.

    Before writing to us with lies and trying to divert the matter, ask beforehand.

    If this problem is not resolved we will notify this matter to wordpress

    I hope they are not attacking customers with free accounts to force them to update their accounts to a paid one because it happens a lot since this within the United States is considered a scam.

    Our developer solved the problem, how simple it was to explain on your part if they really wanted to help.

    I apologize if you’ve somehow got the impression that we were unwilling to help you, or that you were being forced to convert to a paid account.

    I’m happy to see that the issue was resolved and we sincerely hope you’ll enjoy the continued use of your free account.
    Enabling you to comply with ePrivacy regulations is very important to us.
