Theme keeps reverting back to default

So, I have a fresh install of 2.2.1 and I have a custom theme installed. I check the theme and the links and all is fine, but if someone else loads the site, or I go back later and load it, it’s reverted back to the default theme.
How the heck do I make this not happen? I have never had this happen before!
