I was looking for a theme, or a group of plugins that do exactly what this site does…

Basically, I POST a line (or short paragraph). People can LIKE and DISLIKE the lines. Or they can post a REPLY (which can also be liked, and disliked, so I can show the most popular first).
I’ve checked the THEME section, but didn’t see any, so I wanted to see if anyone had found one similar… Looking for something easy to plug-and-play, so I don’t have to do too much customization through coding. Please let me know…
