Theme Loads without CSS in preview as well as on site.

I’m facing issues related to wordpress themes. None of the theme works like it is in the Preview. Even the live demo fails to load properly. Only zerif lite works properly.
I’m using hostinger’s hosting plan and have installed WordPress 4.4.2 on the C-Panel.
