Theme Looks completely different on hosted page

It looks like it just needs some CSS love.

Set a solid background color for the content area.

To add CSS: If you are using WordPress 4.7, use the “Custom CSS” option in the customizer. If your theme has a custom CSS option, use that to add CSS. If not, install the plugin Simple Custom CSS. Or, if you have Jetpack installed, enable its Custom CSS module.

Thank you! I’ve never had to learn CSS since Blogger (and then WordPress.com) did it all for me, but I do have access now. I’ll muck around and see if I can get it done.

Thank you so much. I have a lot to learn. I’m pretty good with html, but CSS is (literally) a different language!
