[Theme: Magazine Issue Based] adding a new module

After Adding contents in my theme’s content area, i added a sidebar it was all looking ok, i wanted to add another content section just below the first content and above the footer section, but i couldn’t, it seems i can only add new contents to the sidebar, first content section or the footer
