Theme Messed up in all browsers- PCs !! Help!!

In Firefox and IE on a PC my theme looks like this:

However, as you can see by the red, that indentation shouldnt happen in my sidebar, also the search bar shouldnt pop out. In Safari on a Mac it looks perfect. How do I make sure it’s universal, browser wise??
I need help so badly!!
despite resolution or screen size I need want to make sure that side bar is always okay…
