[Theme: Mobius] How to move the portfolio's navigation bar

Hi everyone, we have a question regarding a theme called Mobius. As you can see in the link below, there is a navigation bar in the bot managing the different items with prev/next option. Our question is about how to move that bar to the top of the content. Any idea of how could we do it? Maybe it is not so complicated to move but our knowledge of web development is not so advanced.

In this sample there is a breadcrumb option at the top, but in our website we decided to remove it, that is the reason behind this change.
