[Theme: Modality] A couple of questions…

I’m kind of new to web development in general as far as WordPress is concerned. I was wondering if someone would be able to answer a couple of questions for me in regard to the theme Modality. I have already done a search for these but was unable to find anything disussing these issues:

1. For the services picture, it appears that the theme reduces the picture to a smaller size. Is there a way to manipulate what size that the picture is reduced to?

2. Is there a way to add a hyperlink to certain words or pictures within the theme itself. Can someone point out where in the code I would need to do this? I looked at it in editor for the services picture, but I don’t see anything obvious.
