[theme: Modality] White space above the header and reduce height of the header

Hi,

I’m using the theme modality and there is a white space above the header which i want to remove and reduce the height of the header block.

I’m a non technical person and hence don’t understand CSS.

Below is the style sheet css. Pls let me know where do i need to make the changes for the above result.
