Theme My Login – Everything Happens Thrice

  • Theme My Login v. 5.1.6

    Every action that happens within Theme My Login seems to happen three times… for example, after registration, I get:

    “Registration complete. You may now log in.
    Registration complete. You may now log in.

    Registration complete. You may now log in.”

    followed by the login form.

    Same for missing password, account already exists– everything.

    Any thoughts as to why this might be, or ways to diagnose it?
