“Theme My Login” Fresh Install

Hi,

Because of other problems Ive reset by theme, by reverting back to twentysixteen and disabling all plugins, when I enabled theme my login, the login page now, activate, others, returns a 404 Error. Only working page is the register. Is there a way to fresh install buddypress and theme my login just to get all the right settings back?
