Theme My Login – JS added twice

Great plugin. Definitely improves site performance.
One issue I’ve run into is when using the Theme My Login plugin. With this enabled, and JS minification enabled, the JS appears twice, whether in the header or the footer.
I initially posted this in the Theme My Login forum. Allen Moore did some further testing and agrees it appears to be an issue in BWP Minify.
