Theme My Login: Login/Logout Functions, and Custom Registration Fields

    Using the plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/support/plugin/theme-my-login

    I need to create some basic membership functions,

    In my menu bar i would like a Log/LogOut Function (At the moment it shows both whether you’re logged in or out)

    I would also like custom fields within my Registration form,

    What would be the best way to approach this? Or is there a better plugin out there for these functions?

    Any advice on the custom registration fields?
