[Theme: Mystique] Featured posts? How does that work?

I am using the latest version of this theme.

I notice there is a grey star on posts.php for each post and it turns gold if I hit on it.

But I don’t have a widget or anything to list these featured posts.

If this feature was build into this theme then there should be a build in widget for it to right?

I know there is a plugin that does exactly the same as the theme feature but I can’t find it again.
