Theme not activated

  • After selecting a theme to be activated and a msg pop that indicate a new theme is activated however, when visiting the site, there are no changes. This is the 1st time I am using WP, not sure what went wrong?

    Just to add. I have deleted all my plugin in and deactivate woocommence. When I hit the “live preview” button for the all the other themes, only the hosting (default) website appears.
