Theme not appearing

Hi I am trying to get the theme to appear on my client’s website! I have activated it but when I go to customize it the screen is blank! The current site under the URL was created by my client via programming but he wanted to transition to www.ads-software.com for a revamp. I’ve used wordpress.com and I am familiar with basic theme editing but this has me stumped. Any suggestions or tips would be appreciated!
