theme not customizing

  • So i have been working on this website for a while and suddenly, the theme just didn’t let me customize it anymore. It’s been like that for a couple months. The theme I have active right now is called churchope. Just hoping someone can help me fix it because it is becoming very stressful/annoying that I just have to stare at my white header and can’t do anything about it.

    It seems you are not placing the text widget on the right palace that’s why it is not fit good with the header.

    – For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. They cannot support their customers here.

    – As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there. Also, forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly.

    I’ve just downloaded your theme but I can’t change the police of the titles. Is that normal ?
    Can you send me the good version, because it seems I don’t have the good one.
