My index page has permanently got an image displayed which I do not remember how I got it on there. I have tried to remove it in all ways that I know of but it doesn’t go anywhere and my theme doesn’t show on my index page only in the admin section. My site is https://www.naturalskinbeauty.co.uk. I have tried switching between themes with no joy. I have even tried to instal joomla but still the background image shifts with my domain name! Please help.

try a few basic troubleshooting steps:
    – Flushing any caching plugins you might be running, as well as server and/or browser caches.
    – If that does not resolve the issue, try resetting the plugins foldervia FTP or SFTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems (because the hooks remain unless plugins completely removed or some plugins stick around in cached files. So by renaming the folder, you break them and force them inactive).
    – If that does not resolve the issue, try switching to the unedited default Twenty Fourteen Theme WITH ALL PLUGINS OFF for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue.
