theme not rendering correctly in explorer

hi,

i’ve noticed that my site is looking different on different browsers. on explorer, it looks perfect except that the second sidebar doesn’t open up and a few images are blocked. in mozilla, it looks good except the youtube insertion isn’t working and the background color doesn’t show up. how can i fix this?
