Theme not responsive or breaking ?

    I am getting the same problem where the theme is only responsive on a normal laptop browser but not on an actual device. Pleaseee help!

    ok seems that when I access my localhost using my android device it does not render the web page correctly. I am using a XAMPP stack.

    However it works fine on a live host. So the problem only happens when viewing the site through localhost on an android device.
