theme not supporting post sticking

Do you currently have any posts tagged as sticky?

yes i do but it was not there on front page. The post tite was we are changing our face

I can’t see any evidence of sticky status (via the post class) on that post in the front page listing. Does your theme’s index.php template file use a custom query?

i really dont know i am not a coding expert. But to stick a post i cliked on visiblity and then select the make sticky and then update the post isn’t sufficient

Try switching to the default theme and see if the sticky post works then.
