Theme not uploading

    Hi when i tried to upload theme got this message
    The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

    The theme I am trying to upload is a paid wordpress theme name icook wordpress theme.
    I know it’s a premium theme but if you could tell me how to deal with the exceeding file issue in php.ini I would really appreciate it. How is it exceeded?
