theme not working

hi! i just set up a new blog and uploaded the prosense theme. for some reason it’s not working. i’m using WP 2.6.2. when i click into design > themes i just see a grey box there there should be a theme screen shot. also, when i apply the theme i get an unformatted page.

i’d greatly appreciate any help.
