Theme not working anymore???

Hi all, I am a little confused, so any help greatly received.

Websites africanoverlanders.com and discoverafrica4x4.com both built in WordPress by me years ago (6 plus years). About a month ago they stop working, went to my ISP they said that it was due to my PHP having been updated. They did this and the website was still not working, employed a tecky who got the websites back to about 80% but now I need to finish them off with updates etc.

So one of the first problems I have I need to have a font app as the pages are in 5 languages and when I bring the translation across its font size is to small. I type in and WordPress cant find anything, I have deactivated all my plug in and still nothing.

The tecky is saying my Themes are to old? My themes are Sukelius Magazine. The other I don’t know as I can’t log in

The second website I can’t even log into, so every time I try to log in it just takes me back to the normal page or says password is wrong.

I am not a WordPress expert, the websites were built from YouTube videos, but they are important to my businesses. Can someone offer a direction to go into, I will employ someone to do the work, but I need an understanding of the problem first.
