Theme not working on mobile devices

I have checked the site in mobile device the site is working fine for better understanding please refer the screenshot-

Even the menu is working fine as well. This sounds like plugin conflict.

Checking for Plugin conflict

All of our themes have been developed following WordPress best practices and as such plugin conflicts are rare. However, these do happen. To test whether you’re issue is being caused by a conflicting plugin please follow the steps below:

1-Deactivate all of your plugins (except the Page Builder if installed).

2-Now check to see if this has resolved any issues you’re experiencing.

3-If the issues are resolved please re-activate each plugin 1 at a time. After each activation check whether the problematic feature is still working.

4-Repeat step 3 until the problem re-occurs. The last plugin activated is the conflicting plugin

Please reply with the name of the conflicting plugin so we can look into a potential patch.

If either of the above solutions worked, great! If not, please do let us know and we’ll continue to look into this issue further.

The problem got solved when I deactivated Jetpack. But I am not comfortable with this situation. Is there a guide to tell which setting of Jetpack for wordpress is giving this problem. I want to get to setup after getting your response. My website where I am having problem is https://www.vegedelite.com
Will this problem get solved if I upgrade my Jetpack to premium or professional. Because I have not come across this issue with my other site https://www.fortuneinewaste.com where I have the premium version of Jetpack.

The issue you’re experiencing is being caused by a 3rd party conflict(jetpack plugin), as the issue only happens when that 3rd party plugin is activated. As such you’ll need to contact the plugin developer for support.

It is the plugin developers responsibility to ensure their plugin is compatible with all themes. Certainly if they feel there is an issue with the theme, then they’ll need to provide a bug report.

Apologies I couldn’t be of more assistance, we’re happy to help with any issues caused by the theme itself, but unfortunately are not best placed to assist with 3rd party issues.

Hello my name is josh I am having this same problem! my website works perfectly through the program but it does not load on my phone. it also rarely shows up on pc for other people..

thepetestate.com is the doamin.. ive contacted my host support and they directed me to wordpress.com which directed me here to you guys. i really hope we cn figure this out. i have a premium them i purchased and it is compatible.

My website is working on destop but is horrible. I used Sydney and finished website on Illdy but my mobile version is still on Sydney. Jacksonskypark.com

I am having the same problem whereas my wordpress site is not loading properly on mobile devices either! Extremely frustrating. It looks great on my desktop and laptop, but when I try to access it on my smartphone, it’s reduced to one column. Can some one plleeease help me?!!!

I have the same but on RiseWP theme. Not much response over there …

site loads fine on computer and tablet, not on any mobile. It loads partly, but does not seem to theme at all…

I was told by a colleague that it’s doing what it’s supposed to according to the Leslie Theme and that’s the way its supposed to be. So, I will just keep it moving onward and forward. Good luck hebhansen with your situation.

Hi guys, I have been experiencing the same problem and was able to troubleshoot it myself and I think this would be really helpful for someone facing the same problem.

Problem: My website looks normal on PC but on mobile, it looks like the theme is not loading or something.

From this forum, I found out that the culprit was JetPack. So when I deactivated it, it solved my problem. But I still want to use JetPack for their stats. So I remembered that the night before, I was fiddling around in the Jetpack settings and was able to retrace back the option that I enabled that caused the problem.

Go to Jetpack Settings > Writing > Disable: Enable the Jetpack Mobile Theme

If you are using a WordPress hosted website without Plugins, it might be worth checking the ‘mobile theme’ option is disabled here: /wp-admin/themes.php?page=mobile-options

Hi everybody!

On few pages I have undetectable embeddeded links. No matter where you click it`ll bring you back to the home page…

For example I`m not able to fill out the contact form as clicking into the form brings me immediately back to the home page.

hi, I am using Ocean WP theme. Desktop website works fine but on mobile I get HTTP error 500. Please help.

-Tried deactivating plugins and theme
-Contacted host company – they said it is the code issue
I am not a web developer and afraid to mess with the code.
