Theme only working on Chrome

  • Hello!

    I am new at wordpress and i need your help…
    After installing my first wordpress i purchased a wordpress theme and i activated to my website.

    The theme seems to work perfectly on chrome, howerer on firefox nad IE is not working properly…
    It is like it cannot load the css files…

    Any help would be much appreciated! ??

    When purchasing themes, you’re also purchasing support from the vendor. Have you tried contacting the theme’s developers?

    Yes but still now he had not replied to my e-mails.
