theme option edit button not clickable anymore?

  • I’m hoping one of u tech savvy geniuses can help me with an annoying wordpress theme issue. The theme is no longer supported by the dev but I love the layout etc…

    This was working fine the last time I used it to make a new site which was pretty recent.

    In the theme settings..in the screenshot shown here https://paste.pics/1251aaee2a14154f40d878237a870b44 , the arrow is pointing to the problem…those buttons..they delete that particular function there..when i hover over them with the cursor it turns into a pointer as is normal..but when i click on it, nothing happens…very frustrating and keeping me from editing as i need to
    any ideas on why or how i can fix?
