Theme option revert to default after restoring back up

  • Hi. I am currently using siteground as my hosting provider

    There are some problems with the site, so i decided to restore with the backup files in Siteground.

    After clicking restore, everything else restore, but the THEME OPTION are reverted back to default.

    Please help.

    Hey, Josh,

    From my end, it doesn’t look like your site runs on one of the WordPress default templates.

    Take a look at my screenshot.

    Did you clear your browser cache after your restored your site?
