Theme option text not visible in string translation

  • Everything worked great until the lates upgrade of Polylang. Now it seems that the theme option text is not visible in string translations. I’m using Porto theme and this issue have been confirmed by P-Themes support.

    On my site, the header contact info (left of mini-cart) and the custom menu below doesn’t get translated into spanish. Both “Contact us” and “We ship from Monday to Friday!” are both option text in Porto and should have strings to translate.

    What to do?
