Theme Options no longer available

FYI, to put in a screenshot, post on imgur.com and just paste in the link to the image on a line by itself. The forum software will handle it as an embed. (Post above edited to fix that.)

Start by deactivating your plugins one by one to test if any are conflicting. Let me know if there’s no change.

Hey Hannah,
I deactivated the plugins one by one and I found 2 which were conflicting: the Woocommerce plugin as well as the Smart Variations Images plugin. After I deactivated either plugin, I was able to edit the Theme Options but my customized settings from before are still gone. I’m not sure I can get it back so I’m guessing I may have to redo all my css etc. Thanks.

Have you tried contacting your host? They should have a backup.
Woocommerce is definitely compatible with the theme so you shouldn’t be having an issue there. Have you tried using woocommerce with the smart variation images plugin deactivated?

I’ve tried woocommerce with the smart variation images plugin deactivated and it seems that this plugin was the main cause of the issue with the Theme Options. I’ve already started the process of customizing the site so I won’t bother to contact my host. I may contact the plugin authors to let them know about this issue though.

can you send me a link to the plugin, I’ll take a look see if I can recreate what your seeing.

I couldn’t recreate any issue when I installed that plugin. But as they are using an older version of redux I can see it could cause issues. I suggest you install this plugin as well which should fix your problem:
