Theme options not visible

Hi,

I’m setting up a new personal website and I’m experiencing a small problem when I try to set the “Bandana Options” under the “Appearance” menu. I can see the individual tabs for “Blog Settings,” “Post Settings” etc., but there are no actual settings to adjust (i.e. the area where you expect to see the settings is completely empty). I’m not sure if this is a bug, or if I’ve made some sort of error on my end. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
