theme options, restore default and import demo not in menu not in menu

I had to reinstall my website and I am starting from scratch with the spiritual theme. I look for theme options and it isn’t there. Restore Defaults and import demo are also not anywhere in the menu. Where can I get these pieces so I can move forward with this project? thanks for your help.
