Theme overriding field placeholders

    I use a child version of Astra Pro for my Woocommerce site. Despite the setting in the Checkout Field Editor, the email address field appears with placeholder text “Username or Email Address”. My customers don’t have usernames so this has to be removed, but I can’t find where to change it. My checkout field settings for email simply have the label as Email address, and the placeholder as “Enter one you check frequently.” However it won’t appear that way on the website. I have the first 4 checkboxes ticked in Advanced Settings, under Locale Override Settings.

    Could you please check after deselecting and then reselecting the option?“Enable placeholder override for address fields.”?in the?Locale override settings?inside the?Advanced Settings?tab.
