I am looking for a theme pack for a multisite installation I will be using for low budget clients.

All themes in the set need to use the same admin panel with the same options so users can easily switch between themes and not have to re-learn how each one of them works. This will also cut down on the documentation I need to provide to my clients.

If there is not something like this out there, I am considering building it. Would anyone else be interested in this type of Multisite Theme Pack?

Thank you in advance for your suggestions and feedback.

There is such a wide diversity in the use cases for multisite networks, I’m not sure that there might be much interest in a theme pack. But I could be wrong. In my experience, site users don’t tend to change their website theme very often.

As far as your own project, I think you might easily take a quality premium theme or even one of the default WordPress themes (TwentyFifteen, for example), and simply create several child themes from them to choose from. Having child themes as the choices means that the admin dashboard would all be the same.
