• Hey everyone,

I am completely new to WordPress, so there may be a very obvious solution to the problem that I am encountering. That said, here it is:

I’m using the Meta Slider Lite plugin to create a sort of header banner to my website. However, the picture does not extend as far to the side as I would like, and adjusting the width of the photo in the slider settings does not make any difference.

I am on this website: https://groups.northwestern.edu/parc/Wordpress/

If you look, the photo at the top is fairly wide, but leaves a small black space on either side. Those two small spaces are what I’m looking to get rid of. Thoughts on how to do this?

If I use “Customize” –> “Header Image” to try and put the picture there, the space is even larger, and it’s a grey-ish color. That’s why I’m using the Meta Slider Lite plugin to do it – this way, at least the black matches the menu below.

    Any thoughts are welcome.
