[Theme: Point] How to change the color scheme?

I am a beginner and I am using the point theme shown here for a blog site I am starting https://www.ads-software.com/themes/point

There is no option in the theme settings to change the menu from grey to a different color scheme (I don’t think) but I was wondering if there is a way to somehow do this in the CSS? I’d like to play around with different color schemes instead of just the grey but not sure if it’s possible. Thanks.
