[Theme: Polaroids] Change New Posts to Appear from Right

Hi,

Could anyone help me to make it so that new posts appear on the right hand side of the page instead of on the left as it is now?

I know next to nothing on php, but I’m hoping it’s a simple tweak of the one-liner code I’m eyeing suspiciously now in index.php.
