• Our organization has been using WordPress for our intranet for some time but I’m very new to it. Our site has been working without issue until a few days ago when none of the admins could login. I determined that it’s the third party theme that’s causing the issue. When disabled we can login. The site is displaying perfectly fine as far as I can tell. No changes had been made recently to hardware or software before this happens.

What do I need to do to correct this, reinstall the theme?

    Hi there!

Have you tried contacting the theme’s author about the issue? Do keep in mind that if you are using a purchased theme you will need to use their respective support channel as commercial products are not supported on these forums.

I have not, but will do so. I didn’t know for sure when I posted whether we had purchased it or not- but we did. Thanks for letting me know.
