Theme :Pro Blogg Not Allowing Old Post to be seen

I have 16 post, and only the first 6 are showing up on my blog. I have tried to change the number that of blog post shown at most in the settings but that hasn’t changed anything. At the bottom of the page it says load but then nothing else comes up. This is a major problem that I need to figure out ASAP!
