Theme problem after installation

I’m a newbie so i hope someone can help me.
I’ve added a new theme i purchased by following the instructions provided here https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Using_Themes#Using_Themes . After the installation , in the “available themes” section i found six themes identical to each other. I activated one of these but it seems that some options are missing. What could be the problem?
